The Quebec government is backtracking on some key elements of Bill 2, the new law meant to reform the pay structure for doctors. The reversals come after the FMOQ, federation of family doctors and the government reached an agreement in principle on Thursday, after weeks of deadlock. Phil Carpenter reports.
