Heavy rainfall on the West Coast has led to significant flooding in British Columbia and Washington State. Several highways out of Vancouver are submerged and hundreds of property owners in the Fraser Valley have been ordered to evacuate. Officials report that the floodwaters have now peaked; however, more heavy rain is forecast. As Neetu Garcha reports, the Abbotsford mayor is now lashing out at the federal government.
