Historic flooding in Washington

Just across the border in Washington, a state of emergency has been declared after the state took the brunt of multiple atmospheric rivers. Tens of thousands of people are under evacuation orders, and as water levels rise, officials hoping residents listen to the warnings and leave while they can. Paul Johnson reports.
