Toronto council pushes for maximum rental heat standard bylaw by this summer

The issue of protecting tenants living in sweltering rental units has been debated at City Hall for over a decade. But with summers growing hotter, Toronto’s mayor is pushing city staff to have a bylaw ready for next July. Matthew Bingley reports.
