Union concerned about contraband, overdoses in Ontario jails

Chad Oldfield, of the Ontario Public Service Employees Union, told Global News that unionized staff in Ontario’s jails are struggling with overcrowding, understaffing, and contraband issues. He also said key recommendations to the government have not been implemented.
