Speeding, collision increases since Alberta photo radar changes has Edmonton exploring more enforcement

City council will soon look at potential paths to make Edmonton streets safer. One of those options involves the provincial government backtracking on some changes involving photo radar. But, the minister of transportation doesn’t have an appetite to bring back speed on green enforcement. Morgan Black reports.
