Local filmmaker turns documentary into special narrative feature

Meadowlarks tells the story of four Cree siblings now in their 50s who meet for the first time since being separated in childhood over a holiday weekend in Banff. Tasha Hubbard, the co-writer and director of the film, joined Global News Morning Edmonton to talk about the project and its inspiration.
