A Black Montreal man says he’s had enough and no longer trusts the city’s police service, after filing 5 police ethics complaints in 8 years. The latest, says Kenrick McRae, is over an alleged racial profiling incident recently during a traffic stop when he was issued an unjustified ticket. It’s the latest in a string of similar incidents he says he’s had to face, stretching back several years. Phil Carpenter reports.
