U.S. gives Ukraine deadline to accept peace plan that includes concessions to Russia

The U.S. president gave Kyiv until Thursday, Nov. 27 to accept an American-drafted peace plan for Ukraine. The plan appears to contain significant concessions from Ukraine and economic and military victories for Russia. Reggie Cecchini reports on the consequences for Kyiv if the Ukraine refuses to sign on.
