Budget discussions continue in Halifax, mayor says burden on homeowners still too high

Halifax Regional Council has given staff the go-ahead to begin working on the next steps in the upcoming budget. Several adjustments were made throughout the course of the week but as Mitchell Bailey reports, the city’s mayor says the burden on homeowners is still too high.
