A crowd of concerned residents poured out to protest fears the province could reject Halifax’s proposed bylaw protecting Dartmouth Cove from infilling. For protesters and the councillor for the impacted area, there are concerns the premier’s relationship with the developer could be influencing the situation. Angela Capobianco reports.
