Ontario secures $10-a-day child-care program extension

Ontario has secured a one-year extension with the federal government for the $10-a-day child-care program. It will keep average fees in the province around an average of $19-a-day – something parents and advocates say is a long way off from Ottawa’s initial promise. Nicole Di Donato explains.
