Quebec’s controversial new bill reforming doctors’ compensation is facing its first major legal challenge in court. The province’s four medical student unions argued that parts of the law should be suspended immediately. Doctors in training voted to go on strike to protest the bill but say the legislation is violating their right to express their displeasure. Dan Spector reports.
