One of Donald Trump’s former aides turned harshest critics is taking a rare stance in agreeing with the U.S. President’s order to test American nuclear weapons. In John Bolton’s view, testing is all about safety. “It’s like having 5000 cars in a parking lot,” Bolton said, “they better not ignite before you’re ready to turn them on.”
