Part of Jamaica have been left in shambles after Hurricane Melissa tore through the northern Caribbean country on Tuesday as a Category 5 storm, killing at least 4 and displacing roughly 25,000 people. Drone footage showcased the devastation felt across communities, including at St. Elizabeth Parish’s Black River hospital – one of the many critical institutions left without power following the storm.
