It’s a busy weekend around the GTA, as Blue Jays fans gather to watch game six of the World Series, families celebrate Halloween and we turn the clocks back an hour. All of that can impact road safety. Sergeant Kerry Schmidt, from the OPP Highway Safety Division, joins Candace Daniel to discuss what drivers and pedestrians need to know.
