Amid a heated debate over Quebec’s newly introduced Bill 2 ,which enforces a new pay structure for doctors , more than a hundred physicians have applied for licenses to practice medicine in neighbouring provinces. Meanwhile, Ontario Premier Doug Ford says he’s ready to roll out the red carpet for any doctors looking to move west. Dan Spector reports.
