New Brunswick sees uptick in Quebec doctors applying for licences

Quebec doctors say their provincial government is driving some of them out, after passing a controversial bill that changes how they’re paid. That could work in the favour of neighbouring New Brunswick, which has a strong need for bilingual doctors. Suzanne Lapointe reports.
