Carney says feds have ‘sole responsibility’ for U.S. talks

As U.S. President Donald Trump threatens an increase in tariffs on Canada, Prime Minister Mark Carney says the federal government has “sole responsibility” for the country’s ongoing trade talks with the United States. Carney is in Malaysia, where he is focused on expanding Canada’s trade ties across Asia. Global’s Mackenzie Gray reports from Kuala Lumpur.
