Halifax police investigating homeless encampment shooting

Police are investigating after a man was shot at a homeless encampment in Halifax’s Lower Flinn Park. Officers say they were called to the scene early Sunday morning, and are now asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect. Mitchell Bailey reports.
