Business Matters: Customer satisfaction dips for Canada’s ‘Big 5’ banks

A new report finds the gap in customer satisfaction between Canada’s ‘big five’ banks and mid-sized lenders is widening. The survey by J.D. Power shows that satisfaction with the country’s five biggest lenders fell seven points from last year to 604, on a 1,000-point scale.
