Large parts of Ukraine’s capital are in the dark after Russia launched an intense bombardment on Kyiv’s key infrastructure. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called it a cynical and calculated attack targeting basic needs as winter approaches. But as Jackson Proskow reports, Ukraine is also inflicting massive damage on Russia’s oil and gas sector.
