Montreal seniors’ residence speak out against violence and poor living conditions

Seniors living at a residence in the city’s Shaughnessy village are angry about living conditions in the building and around the area. They say in addition to mistreatment and exploitation, that crime in the area is worsening. As Phil Carpenter reports, they want the city to act.
