A new Ipsos poll for insolvency firm MNP suggests nearly half of Atlantic Canadians are within $200 of not being able to pay their bills. At the Salvation Army in Fredericton, demand for donated winter coats has surged as families brace for higher power costs and grocery prices. Community groups across the Maritimes say more residents are seeking help to make ends meet. Anna Mandin reports.
