A Lower Mainland mother is speaking out for the first time, hoping for some measure of justice soon. It’s been nearly three years since her daughter was found murdered along with her partner in Burnaby. Their bodies were discovered in a vehicle outside a local high school. As Grace Ke reports, since police released the victim’s identities in the fall of 2022, there have been no arrests in the case.
