Hamilton police say they have charged a man with first-degree murder months after a young, innocent bystander was struck and killed by a stray bullet during a gunfight. A 32-year-old man from Niagara Falls was arrested on Tuesday has been charged with first-degree murder and three counts of attempted murder.
