Tinder-dry conditions are prompting the province to take aggressive action to prevent wildfire risk. Nova Scotians are being told to stay out of the woods or risk facing a $25,000 fine. Also – Halifax councilors changed their minds Tuesday following a decision last month to develop a new bike lane on Morris Street.
