Nova Scotian Eddie Carvery has received backing from Africville’s Genealogy Society in a dispute over him continuing to occupy a trailer along Africville’s shores. As a former community resident, the society says Carvery is within his right to keep the trailer on-site. As Ella Macdonald reports, they’re now calling for mediation with the heritage trust.
