President Donald Trump has ordered the Department of Justice to investigate former president Barack Obama, after it claimed to have “irrefutable” evidence that Obama led a campaign which manufactured intelligence “in an effort to de-legitimize [Trump’s] victory before he even took the oath of office,” Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Wednesday.
