Damage assessments are underway in Ruidoso, New Mexico after deadly, historic flash floods swept through the village. Monsoon rains fell onto burn scars caused by past wildfires, leading to record flooding on Tuesday. At least three people, including two children, were killed. Three others were hospitalized. Officials said emergency services carried out 65 rescues but four people remain missing.
