With nearly 2,000 Quebec households still searching for a place to live in the lead up to the July 1st moving day, the Plante administration has announced new measures designed to improve access to reasonably priced rentals in Montreal. As Dan Spector reports, they include a new financial incentive designed to get more units into the hands of non-profit organizations.
