A man who was hospitalized after being shot at a “No Kings” protest rally in Salt Lake City on Saturday succumbed to life threatening injuries and has died. Arthur Folasa Ah Loo, described as an “innocent bystander” by authorities, was struck after an unidentified man in a neon green vest – believed to be part of a peacekeeping team at the event – shot three times at a separate man who was allegedly brandishing an AR-15-style rifle at demonstrators.
