Homeowners call on Quebec Environment Minister to review new flood zone map

A petition tabled at the National Assembly is asking the government to review its recently revised flood zone map. Residents across Quebec are confused as to how the zones were designated and are asking for more transparency. As Global’s Elizabeth Zogalis reports, over 2,000 signatures have been collected.
