Montreal to test out a new way to clean up city parks   

A major cleanup operation will be underway in downtown Montreal Monday night, as crews are zeroing in on two key parks and picking up the trash and making the areas more attractive to visitors. If successful, this new way of cleaning up will be spread to the rest of downtown. Phil Carpenter reports.
