Canadian film director and screenwriter David Cronenberg (The Fly, Eastern Promises, Crash) sat down with Global News to discuss his latest film “The Shrouds,” while also delving into his rich career. His latest film seems to fit into the genre which many define as “body horror,” a term that Cronenberg says he isn’t a fan of. “I don’t really like it much because I’ve never used that term to describe my own work. But it has stuck and I’m stuck with it,” Cronenberg says with a laugh. Global’s Eric Sorensen has more.
