Liberal Leader Mark Carney assumed the role of prime minister for a short time Sunday morning among the world leaders reacting to the tragedy in Vancouver. Carney was supposed to lead a last second air raid of six different cities where Liberals think they can pick up seats, but the Vancouver festival tragedy forced a change in plans.
