A prestigious ceremony was held in Montreal on Friday to honour engineering graduates and celebrate a century old tradition. More than 300 graduating students received the Iron Ring they are now expected to wear for life. It's a symbolic piece of jewelry with a deep meaning to all Canadian engineers, and this day marks the 100th year anniversary of the tradition. While the ceremony is normally held privately, Global News was exceptionally invited to witness the Ritual of the Calling of an Engineer. Tim Sargeant reports.
