Liberal leader Mark Carney took aim at Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre Wednesday after his newly-released, fully costed party platform vowed to give police and judges more power to dismantle tent cities. Carney suggested that creating affordable homes while helping people with mental health and addiction issues will mitigate the crisis.
