A Telus customer says he’s furious after his monthly bill didn’t reflect a rate offered by the telecom giant. The Delta resident says he reached out to Telus at the beginning of the year and was offered a lower cable, internet, and phone package. But when that didn’t happen, and he couldn’t get answers he reached out to Consumer Matters Anne Drewa for help.
