Speaking in Nanaimo, B.C., on Monday, NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh pushed for universal public pharmacare and addressed the issue of rising drug costs. “We think that we’ve got to expand pharmacare. No one should have to worry about the cost of their medication,” Singh said.
