A New York judge shut down a plaintiff’s attempt to use an AI-generated video to present an argument in an employment lawsuit. The man, who was representing himself, later issued an apology to the court saying he didn’t intend any harm and thought the AI-generated avatar would be able to deliver his arguments without his mumbling and stumbling.
