J.D. Irving withdraws proposal to build parking lot on Wolastoq Park for paper mill employees

Following nine months of talks, J.D. Irving has withdrawn its proposal to build a parking lot on a third of Wolastoq Park. The company says it needs parking for workers involved in the $1.1 billion paper mill expansion, aimed at making it one of the world’s top producers. Reeti Meenakshi Rohilla has more.
