Businesses worried about new restrictions on Kelowna encampment

The City of Kelowna is cracking down on the Rail Trail tent city, including restrictions about when residents can be at the encampment. But some local business owners are worried it could lead to more property crime and compromised safety. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
