Carney’s response to Paul Chiang Chinese ‘bounty’ controversy was a ‘failure of leadership’: Singh

NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh said Tuesday that Liberal Leader Mark Carney’s decision to support candidate Paul Chiang was a “failure of leadership.” Chiang exited the race on Monday following controversy over comments he made suggesting people turn in his Conservative rival to the Chinese consulate in order to collect a bounty.
