Liberal leader Mark Carney unveiled plans to deliver “more affordable” homes to Canadians at a quicker pace on Monday during a federal election campaign event in Vaughan, Ont. Carney said his goal with the new ‘Build Canada Homes’ (BCH) plan would be to “double the pace of housing construction for almost half a million new homes every single year.”
