Calls for more action on homelessness options as tent encampments grow in HRM

As encampments across HRM see more tents being pitched, people experiencing homelessness want to see the municipality take action. Meanwhile, Halifax’s housing and homelessness director says this spring, there are more options available to the unhoused than in previous years.
