Joshua Riibe, the man believed to be the last person who saw Sudiksha Konanki, who disappeared in the Dominican Republic on March 6, gave his statement to the police. He told the authorities they had almost drowned before he lost consciousness and woke up to find Konanki missing. Riibe is a ‘person of interest’ to the authorities in the case.
