Trump vows to ‘expel rogue actors’ in speech to U.S. Justice Department

U.S. President Donald Trump used his speech to the Department of Justice to air a litany of grievances, vowing to “expel rogue actors” from the government and to “expose” his adversaries for what he called “egregious crimes and severe misconduct.”
