How are patients rating the healthcare system 100 days after Santé Québec started?

The province’s new health care agency, Santé Québec, has now been in place for 100 days. But patients’ rights advocates say they haven’t seen any improvements in the healthcare system during that time. And they worry upcoming budget cuts will only make the situation worse.
