Zoning bylaw change in Fredericton getting some pushback

A proposal to change Fredericton’s zoning bylaws to allow up to four units on a single lot is being met with some pushback. Those in favour say it will generate much-needed housing. Those against it say it will change the nature of the city. Johnny James has the story.
